Dave's time at Pensacola Country Club began in January of 2016 as the Teaching Professional and Assistant Golf Professional. The following year, he was named the ninth Head Golf Professional in the Club's 116-year history.
Dave's career in the golf industry began in Wilmington, NC, where he spent seven years at Pine Valley Country Club. After his time at Pine Valley, he served five years at Riverchase Country Club in Birmingham, AL, where he became a Class A member of the PGA in 2012.
Joining him in his adventures, and to his ultimate destination, is his wife of nine years, Sharon, and his two boys, Graham and Liam. When not at the Club, you will find Dave chasing his boys in the waves of Pensacola Beach while Sharon watches on.

Alexandria White, Director of Instruction
Alex grew up playing golf competitively. Originally born in Pensacola while her dad was in flight school, Alex started golfing at only 3 years old. She was competing by the time she was 8 and finished 6th in the world at the U.S. Kids Golf World Championship when she was 10. In high school, she received many full scholarship offers, but ultimately ended up playing for BYU under the leadership of Carrie (Summerhays) Roberts, the daughter of The Champions Tour's Bruce Summerhays. In her All-American senior season, Alex lead her team to a West Coast Conference Championship and birdied two of the last three holes to take the individual title by a stroke. That season, she also qualified as an individual to compete at the NCAA Championship. Her top-15 finish helped her conclude her college career ranked 23rd in the nation. Professionally, Alex has one Cactus Tour win and just finished her rookie season on the Symetra Tour ranked 150. Now, Alex still has aspirations to play LPGA tour golf, but has decided to pursue her PGA card,TPI, and Op36 ceritfications here at Pensacola Country Club. Stop by and meet Alex!

Henry Westmoreland, Assistant Golf Professional
Henry was born and raised in a small-town southeast of Tallahassee FL. He was homeschooled all through out high school but played high school sports at Florida State University School the sister school to FSU. Henry was the top junior golfer in his class winning player of the year his Junior and Senior Year respectively. After high school Henry was recruited to play for the University of West Florida where he earned All American Honors his Junior and Senior Year and also earned First-Team all American Honors his Senior year. After Graduating from UWF in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Henry then traveled to Thailand to earn his PGA Tour China Series Tour Card where he spent eight months in China playing on the PGA Tour. Upon returning to the United States Henry entered the PGA Management Program at PCC and secured two wins in the Alabama Northwest Florida section.

Jake Jacobs, Assistant Golf Professional
Jake became a member of the PCC team in April of 2021 and was accepted into the PGA Professional Golf Management program in early July, allowing him to become one of PCC’s Assistant Golf Professionals. He was born and raised in Pensacola and has a great deal of pride in his hometown. His beautiful wife, Katie, and his son, Ayden are his pride and joy and, he loves spending his free time with them. He’s extremely excited to be a part of the PCC.
Christian Bosso, Assistant Golf Professional
Christian was born and raised here in Pensacola, taking up golf around 10 years old. He became a top area prep golfer at West Florida High School and was the first golfer to sign a scholarship in the school’s history. At the University of West Florida, he became a two time All-American, his senior year he won three times and was a First-Team All-American finishing the season ranked 5th in the nation. He graduated with his bachelor’s degree in Sports Management in December of 2018 and right after began taking credits towards a Master’s in Business Administration. As he was finishing his collegiate golf career in the spring of 2019, he finished 9th in PGA Tour Makenzie Tour Q School to secure his card and played in Canada during the 2019 summer. He has entered the PGA PGM Program at Pensacola Country Club and is working towards getting his Class A certification.
